How to rip DVD movies with DVD Converter

DVD Ripper can convert DVD movies, DVD clips or DVD VOB videos to almost all popular file formats like AVI, WMV, MPG, MKV, MOV, MP4, DV, 3GP, FLV, ASF, SWF, RM which enables you to enjoy the DVD videos on most popular devices and edit in some editing software on Windows. Below is the detailed instructions to use DVD Ripper

Step 1 Download and install
Free download the latest version(4.0.3) of DVD Ripper to pop up a clear and friendly interface.



Step 2 Load DVD
You can click ‘load DVD' button to load or click the icon next to it to choose ‘load DVD folder' or ‘load IFO' .
Choose the DVD videos you want to convert and set the language for Audio track and Subtitle.



Note: the clip and edit button appear to be grey until you have choose the videos you want to convert.

Step 3 Clip
a. Set the length of the video you want to convert by dragging the triangle slider or by setting start point and end point.

b. Split the videos into many clips. You can use ‘+' to add one new clip and ‘-' to remove one.



Step 4 Edit
There are 3 ways available for you to set the display screen size.
a. Drag the green lines around the videos play in the original preview.
b. Enter the precise value in the left,right,buttom and top field.
c. You can choose the aspect ratio like original, 4:3 or 16:9 in the zoom drop-down list.



Step 5 Set output format and save path.
In the profile pop-up window, you can set the converted files and in the output field specify the save path.

By options button, you can set the save path and the format for your favourite pictures.



Note: if you want to merge many files into one, until you select at least 2 files the merge button will appear to be available.

Step 6 Start convert
