Import MPEG-2 videos to the Video Editor
First of all, launch this MPEG-2 Video Editor Mac when the installation completes. In the main interface, click the Add Files button on the top-left corner to locate your MPEG-2 videos to this software. The added items will be displayed in the right panel.
Edit the MPEG-2 videos

Before saving the videos, click the Profile box to set a output format. You can keep the MPEG-2 format you choose to output as other formats like MP4, AVI, MOV, etc. After that, click Save button to start exporting videos.
