How to export/burn Final Cut Pro to DVD with Mac FCP to DVD Maker?

I'm an old hack with FCP, but I'm new to the DVD-burning game and I'm having troubles. I Just wondering if I can get some advise. I need to export my project from final cut pro to DVD but just wondering what the best way to do this would be to get the best quality DVD. Any advise on what you think will be best would be great. Load video files

Click "+" button on the toolbar from the main menu to load the FCP video files you want to burn into the file list..
