Download and install the Xvid to Gphone Converter

When run the program, you can see the interface as below.

Add files into the program

Click "+" button to add Xvid files into the program.

Trim video (if needed)
Go to "Trim" tab to activate the video trimming function. You can clip video into small segment(s) by setting the start time and ending time.

Crop video (Optional)
