How to register, install or uninstall iorgsoft software?

We would like to answer some commonly asked questions encountered by our users about how to register, install and uninstall iorgsoft programs, hope this would save you both time and trouble.

1) How to register a program downloaded from iorgsoft?
For users who would like to evaluate the program first, you are supposed to download a trial version to your computer, which usually has feature limits like watermark or time outs. At the time you loaded a file and press Start… button to convert, it will pop up a registration window asking you to register, you can click Order Later and continue to evaluate.



For users who purchased a full version of a program but still can’t register, for example the registration name and registration code parts are grayed out and won’t let you to put in anything. It is because the trial version you installed in your computer hasn’t been removed, in other words you are still using the trial version.

What you need to do now is to uninstall the trial version from your computer first, then contact support@iorgsoft.com to ask for a standard version link address. The customer service staff usually will get back to you within 24 hours.

2) How to install a program
A. For windows users, you can download your desired program directly from our homepage www.iorgsoft.com, or through other affiliate links that back to the program. Click the link; this brings out a download window where you can choose a location on the hard drive to store it. After downloading, find the executable file on the hard drive, click the.exe file to install.

B for Mac users, you are supposed to download a .dmg file on your hard drive. Drag the.dmg file and drop it to your Application folder, the .dmg will turn to .app. click the .app then the program will be installed in no time.

3) How to uninstall a program?
For windows users you can go to Start----Program to locate the installed program then select uninstall, the program will be removed immediately.


For Mac users you can directly drag the .app file and drop to the rubbish bin.
