If I pay for the program now, how long will it take before I receive my license key?
It depends on the payment method you use. If you order online with your credit card, you will have your key after you submit the order form and an email with unlock code will be sent to you within a few minutes.

I lost my license code, would you please send me again?
Sure. We would like to help you. You may contact RegNow.com via customer service form or contact us to get your registration info back. But you'd better provide your Order ID or some info in your order (such as the Email you used to order) so that we can find your info in our database.

Do I need to re-register after I re-install the software?
No, you don't have to re-enter your registration info. Our software will memory you registration status.

How long will it take to get your supporting response?
