Step 1: Download and install Portable Camera Mate for Mac
Step 2: Load files
Click Add File on the top of the main panel to import your desired video files. 
Step 3: Select output format and directory
Click the drop-down list of Profile to select the output format you want to convert to, and then click the drop-down list of Destination to designate a place to save the converted files. 
Step 4: Edit files
On the top of the panel, there are two button, Clip and Edit, click each of them you can do the corresponding editing. For example, by Clip, you can cut the video to a certain length, and Effect let you adjust the effect of your video. 
Note: You can also tweak the output parameters for video and audio separately by Settings.
Step 5: Convert video
Click the Start button to convert your videos.
